Volunteers
Do you want to be a volunteer? When you become a volunteer, you become part of a team that works selflessly to help those in need. We strive to provide a warm, clean, and safe place to come for a continental breakfast in the morning and a warm wholesome meal for lunch. You'll walk away at the end of your shift with such a warm feeling in your soul.

How does volunteering benefit me:
-
Physical Health: Volunteering can reduce the risk of heart disease and chronic pain, and older volunteers may be less likely to develop high blood pressure.
-
Mental Health: Volunteering can keep people mentally stimulated.
-
Career Advancement: Volunteering can help people create business relationships, explore different industries, and improve their resume.
-
Social and Relationship Skills: Volunteering can help people develop social skills and teamwork, which can be useful in the workplace. It can also help people build stronger bonds with friends, family, and coworkers.
-
Research has shown that volunteering is associated with improved health and well-being, including increased longevity, and adoption of healthy lifestyles.
